Zenki HID retrofit

Hey,

I am new here to tribes and I was wondering if anyone has done a HID retorfit for a 1995 or 96 zenki? I saw this picture on the web where a guy had some stock zenki headlights with projector lenses inside. Anyone know how he did it? Did he just take the projector lenses from a kouki and put them into the zenki housing? Thanks all!

Exhaust Systems

Hi everybody, got a quick little query here for you people. The stock exhaust tips on my '95 240 are shot to hell from shear age, so I'm in the market for a new exhaust system. I'm looking for something as inexpensive as possible (within reason, obviously) that'll help with performance and not be too loud and obnoxious (I freakin' hate loud 'look-at-me' mufflers).

Through some research I've found the Apex'i N1, and Blitz Nur systems, which appear to do what I want. Views, opinions on these? Anything better for less money?

Cheers.

1991 240SE/SX potential track car for sale

Looking for a one owner mechanically perfect potential art car or potential track racing car?
It's cherry red rear wheel drive with a dual overhead cam 4-banger fuel injected with 5-speed that's been re-worked, HICAS (which means the rear wheels will turn 2 degrees in turns), power-brakes-steering-tinted windows, AC that works great, leather seats (back seat is perfect) while drivers seat is a little worn, 2 new rear tires & battery, about 124K miles & I have all of the maintance records since day one. It's been the BEST car I've ever had & it is in great mechanical shape with no problems, it does have a few minor whiskey dents but no rust other than on the rear air foil brackets. Located in South Austin & I can send photo's if you want a better look. Asking $3K & you can drive it home with the title.

1991 240SE/SX Art Car?

The '91 240SE/SX has been the best U.S./foreign car I've ever owned. With 121,000 miles, it's still in terriffic condition inside & out. I wanted to trade it in on a new Mustang but was offered to little for it, considering the excellent mech. condition it's in.
I'm thinking turning it into an art car by including part of the orginal brillant red color in a "fire flame" type of accent to the whole car, adding some exterior lighting that may include led's & maybe propane gas lake pipes with retro fins modeled on the rear that might emit flames also. Friends in Hou. have the gas piping/setup experience & if you know someone that's got a tricked out 240 art car & is willing to share their info, they can reach me at silverbacker@netscape.net

Help me! I want to get a show-room-like-quality s14 body type 240sx that was cared for, and pay 6k or less. It OK if it has high miles and/or needs new brakes.

I know it’s a hard find for my price range, but I bet there's someone out there with one for sale...and I'm willing to wait a little bit for it. (And '98 is old...)

Thanks in advance for your sightings.

I owned two, '89 and a '92. Found out about them when I "barrowed" one from my friend for a weekend trip to Rock Hill, S.C. A nice '89 SE. Interior seemingly made for me, rear wheel drive, 4 wheel indepndent, and a huge 4 cyl. with crazy potential...I fell in love. I now have owned 5 Nissans and loved every one. I also got to drive a '77 280 for a while. I will own another 240 again for sure.
